Produced by Grammy-winning hitmaker P2J (best known for J Hus’ Who Told You featuring Drake), Gold fuses J Hus’ signature afro-swing sound with a slick dose of amapiano, resulting in a dancefloor-ready anthem that radiates cultural pride and triumph.

The track arrives on the heels of J Hus’ sold-out Big Conspiracy fifth anniversary show at London’s Royal Albert Hall — a milestone moment that ushers in a new era for the East London artist, now partnered with EMPIRE for greater creative independence.

J Hus delivers charismatic, swagger-filled verses with standout lines like, “Every ring I’m wearing is gold, they’re calling me Gaddafi,” while Asake brings his signature melodic flair and Yoruba-laced energy to the hypnotic hook: “It’s a badman party, all white, zero fugazzi.” The duo’s synergy shines throughout, crafting a gilded anthem rooted in hustle, heritage, and bold self-expression.
