Zinoleesky has released his long-awaited debut album Gen Z, a 16-track project that blends Afrobeats, street-pop, R&B, and dancehall to reflect his journey from Agege to global recognition. Featuring collaborations with Naira Marley, Toosii, Ms Banks, Donae’O, and others, the album showcases his versatility and ambition to push street-pop beyond Nigeria. 

Led by the hit single Most Wanted, Gen Z dives into themes of resilience, fame, and youth culture. 

While some critics note a lack of cohesion, the album’s strong early streaming numbers and bold sound cement Zinoleesky’s status as a rising force in Afrobeats.
