In a shocking turn of events, Olamide has announced his first album of 2024 alongside its tracklist, title and artists featured.



Multiple award-winning rapper Olamide who was a surprise guest at the recently concluded Davido and Chioma's wedding, has shocked fans with his latest album announcement where he also confirmed the tracklist, title and also artists featured on the project.

The announcement was shared on the singer's social media platforms in the early hours of Today, Wednesday, June 26, 2024.

Olamide confirmed that the title of the album would be 'Ikigai,' which will also be a 7 track project which would feature artists like Asake, Fireboy DML, Lil Kesh and many more.

The release date of the album has not been confirmed by fans are excited for what is to come with this project.

The Japanese term "ikigai" translates to "a reason for being." Comprised of the elements "iki" (life) and "gai" (use or worth), the central idea revolves around individuals discovering what ignites their passion and motivates them to start each day. This internal drive is seen as essential for a meaningful and satisfying life.
