DAVIDO WHY? Fave reacts to Davido performing "Kante" without her on stage and her verse off

 The Baby Riddim singer took to her social media platform today, Monday, January 1, 2024, to reveal how she had been back stage with Davido before the singer took to the stage to perform a new version of their collaboration Kante.

She revealed that she would have loved to start the year 2024 on a high note and a collaborative performance with Davido would have been the perfect way to do so.

Her post on social media read, "Begun my new years with such a huge gag lol hugging Davido backstage as he’s about to perform, to watching him perform Kante in a new version with my verse taken off. Performing with you would have been a good way to start my year but I guess life happens.Happy nu year."

@abmillz

This is you and Davido performing 'Kante' at two different events. For one reason or another, he chose to perform the song alone, and you came on Twitter to set him up for drags. Why not ask why?

@onlyoneotlord

Heads up queen we all know you gave us one of the best verse and chorus in 2023 on Kante…..I can’t wait for your upcoming album I know you won’t miss💯🙌🏽🥂
